1) Have you ever wondered how to sharpen dull scissors?<br />
Simply cut fine emery paper and you will find the results<br />
amazing.<br />
2) Put a paper towel in the bag with bagels, bread, buns, etc. before<br />
freezing. Amazingly, you will not have freezer burn that normally plagues<br />
this type of frozen food.<br />
3) My husband, Al, deals with many enquiries regarding coins. The most<br />
common question is “how do I clean my coins?” Never clean coins. Even<br />
coins that are uncirculated can become tarnished. If you clean them, the<br />
value diminishes. If you insist on having them cleaned, then take them to<br />
a professional coin dealer for assessment and specialized treatment.<br />
4) What to do for red wine spills on your carpet? Pour white wine on the<br />
stain until the stain is thoroughly saturated and you will watch the red stain<br />
disappear like magic. Mop the area with a clean absorbent cloth. It’s hard<br />
to believe but it really works!<br />
The American dollar goes a lot further in Canada, and the Canadian dollar<br />
doesn’t go nearly as far in the United States.<br />
