Women Members and wives of cooperative members are part of the female center. Through them, women participate in personal and professional qualification events. They also receive training in property management, food production and crafts to increase family income. The women are also responsible for campaigns to collect clothing and food for charities. Women represent 17% of the cooperative’s total membership and 43% of the staff.
