Governance<br />
The management structure is composed of three executive directors.<br />
Strategic issues are discussed with the Board of Directors, composed<br />
of six members, and the accounts are verified by the Fiscal Council,<br />
composed of six cooperative members, in addition to internal and<br />
external auditors. Educational committees and women’s and youth<br />
centers are support instances that bring suggestions and claims to<br />
