Bistro 683 - <strong>December</strong> <strong>2023</strong><br />
The Evergreen Restaurant is open to the public<br />
and serves a large variety of menu items that are<br />
available from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to<br />
Friday (except holidays):<br />

Breakfast is served starting at 9:00 am. The daily<br />
featured Lunch is served from 11 am to 1 pm<br />
Monday to Friday and the menu is below.<br />
Take-out is available for your convenience.<br />
Our goal is to provide balanced, nutritious meals.<br />
We provide great quality, while keeping costs<br />
reasonable. The tremendous support of volunteers<br />
in the restaurant helps us achieve this goal.<br />
Featured Hot Lunch<br />
$7.50 + tax. Each hot lunch is served as a full and<br />
balanced, nutritional meal.<br />
Bistro 683 will be closed for the holidays beginning<br />
on Monday, <strong>December</strong> 25, through Monday,<br />
January 1. We will reopen on Tuesday January 2.<br />
Our takeaway frozen meals will be available during<br />
the Evergreen Seniors Community Centre’s operating<br />
hours during the holiday week.<br />

Bistro 683 will be hosting a Festive Meal Day to<br />
be held this year on Thursday, <strong>December</strong> 21.<br />
Tickets will be available in advance.<br />
Meals will include a choice of Honey Glazed Ham or<br />
Roasted Turkey meals with all the fixings and a<br />
Festive Dessert.<br />
We will be hosting seating times for hot meals served<br />
on the 21st, and we will also be offering takeaway<br />
prepared cold meals to be heated at your convenience!<br />
