Senior appointment set to strengthen aftersales
support at UK garage equipment provider
Experienced automotive
operations manager, Kasia
Rzepka appointed to the new
position.
As part of its ongoing programme to
further strengthen its support for
workshops around the UK, premium
garage equipment supplier, Pro-Align, has
appointed Kasia Rzepka to the newly created
role of head of operations.
In the senior management role, Kasia
will oversee the company’s aftersales and
engineering teams of around 25 people, with
an aim of delivering 100 percent customer
satisfaction.
“Pro-Align is a great company but also
one with massive opportunities,” comments
Kasia Rzepka, head of operations, Pro-Align.
“Under its new ownership, the company
has some incredibly exciting and ambitious
growth plans, but these are totally reliant on
delivering the very best levels of customer

the UK.”
Kasia is no stranger a busy role within the
automotive industry, having previously held
and excelled in the position of operations
and assistant general manager for Manheim
Auctions, as well as a logistics operations
role with DHL. Indeed, while in these roles
she won an internal Employee of the Year
award and was also a shortlisted finalist in
two other national automotive awards.
“Already, Kasia has made a great first
impression and an immediate impact to

Outside of work, Kasia is big sports fan,
and in particular basketball, which she even
played to national level. She also enjoys
travelling with her family and immersing
herself in different cultures.

A1 ADAS Solutions
Makes Key Appointment
A1 ADAS Solutions has appointed
Matt Hume as its UK sales manager.
The ADAS, diagnostic and calibration
specialist has also announced the launch
of its garage equipment business, following
demand from its customers to supply an
all-encompassing garage set-up service.
Matt will drive the national sales strategy
for the company’s ADAS and diagnostic
offering, as well as head up the new garage
equipment business.
With over 18 years’ experience in
the automotive aftermarket, latterly
with Alliance Automotive Group, Matt’s
appointment will support A1 ADAS
Solutions’ growth throughout the UK as
demand for its ADAS and diagnostics
‘done for you’ service, either in person or
remotely, and its ‘set up for you’ service as
a product distributor, expands.
Matt said: “Having worked for some of
the biggest names in the aftermarket, I’m
looking forward to bringing my expertise to
this brand new role.
“It’s a unique opportunity to join a wellrespected
business that’s leading the way
in how garages and bodyshops manage
the demands of an increasingly technical
car parc. And to be able to bring specific
