APPRECIATION
The diversification of activities rarely has been as important as in these last three years in which the
climate has had a strong impact on grain production. Alternative sources of income bring greater security
to rural producers when crop failures occur or when low prices compromise the profitability of grains. For
this reason, C.Vale operates in several segments: it generates more income for its members, creates jobs
and ensures greater stability for the cooperative's finances.
We combine diversification, innovations and the search for excellence with attitudes that make a
difference. We have created a culture of permanent search for efficiency and competitiveness. It is an
environment to which members, employees, leaders, board members, tax advisors and executive directors
contributed. We also want to express our gratitude to the Organization of Cooperatives of Paraná (Ocepar),
customers, suppliers, professional associations, the press, financial institutions, parliamentarians linked to
agribusiness and our families.
None of this would be possible if the Creator had not given us the gift of life and the willingness to
generate prosperity. We thank God and ask that He renew His blessings upon us for new achievements.
