perspective is now required to achieve breakthrough
results. As retailer benefits are likely to be
manufacturer’s investments, suitable ECR pricing
models will need to be developed on a bilateral basis.
This will be essential in moving current thinking from
the ‘half chain’ view to one which considers the total
supply chain – one where total supply chain
achievements are rewarded.
