Once sorted, average lengths, widths and heights can<br />

be determined for every modular class, assigning the<br />

correct statistical weight (picks per year) to each single<br />

dimension. A comparison of the average plan<br />

dimension (average length x average widths = average<br />

space used) with the maximum space available in the<br />

respective modular class provides the average space<br />

utilisation:<br />
