(1) Monthly average m<strong>in</strong>utes of use per registered subscriber is calculated by divid<strong>in</strong>g the total number of m<strong>in</strong>utes of usage for <strong>in</strong>com<strong>in</strong>g and outgo<strong>in</strong>g calls<br />

dur<strong>in</strong>g the relevant period (exclud<strong>in</strong>g guest roamers) by the average number of registered subscribers dur<strong>in</strong>g the period and divid<strong>in</strong>g by the number of months<br />

<strong>in</strong> that period.<br />

(2) Monthly average revenue per registered subscriber is a non-U.S. GAAP f<strong>in</strong>ancial measure. Monthly average revenue per registered subscriber is used to measure<br />

the average monthly services revenue on a per subscriber basis. Monthly average revenue per registered subscriber is calculated by divid<strong>in</strong>g the company’s service<br />

revenue dur<strong>in</strong>g the relevant period, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g roam<strong>in</strong>g revenue and <strong>in</strong>terconnect revenue, but exclud<strong>in</strong>g revenue from connection fees, sales of handsets and<br />

accessories and other non-service revenues, by the average number of the company’s registered subscribers dur<strong>in</strong>g the period and divid<strong>in</strong>g by the number of<br />
