Mode B on an already flashed drive Mode B can be easily achieved on a pre-flashed Hitachi Ensure SATA cable connected to pc! This is done by powering on the drive with the tray fully open To do this using a Xbox 360 console for powering the drive; 1. Eject the drive 2. Pull the power cable from the rear of the DVD-Rom 3.
