About the <strong>Report</strong><br />
<strong>TCS</strong> publishes <strong>Sustainability</strong> <strong>Report</strong>s annually, the last report being for Financial Year 2009-10.<br />
This is our fifth <strong>Sustainability</strong> <strong>Report</strong>, for Financial Year <strong>2010</strong>-<strong>11</strong> (April to March). It has been prepared<br />
in conformance to the G3.1 <strong>Sustainability</strong> <strong>Report</strong>ing Guidelines published by the Global <strong>Report</strong>ing<br />
Initiative (GRI). The report addresses the key sustainability topics gleaned through interactions<br />
with the different stakeholder groups, based on the core principles of materiality and stakeholder<br />
inclusiveness. These topics cover the full range of material economic, social and environmental<br />
impacts of the organization. The report boundaries and exclusions are provided below:<br />
