The total number of employees including subsidiaries as at March 31, 20<strong>11</strong> was 198,614<br />

(End-FY10: 160,429). Excluding non-wholly owned subsidiaries, the headcount stood at<br />

175,373 (FY10: 140,619). It is a predominantly young workforce, with an average of ~28 years.<br />
