Uninstalling the <strong>Data</strong> <strong>Domain</strong> <strong>OST</strong> Plug-in<br />
Follow the instructions for your operating system.<br />
• UNIX Plug-in Uninstall<br />
To uninstall the <strong>Data</strong> <strong>Domain</strong> <strong>OST</strong> plug-in from the NetBackup media server, remove the<br />
following files:<br />
/usr/openv/lib/ost-plugins/libstspi<strong>Data</strong><strong>Domain</strong>.so<br />
/usr/openv/lib/ost-plugins/libstspi<strong>Data</strong><strong>Domain</strong>MT.so<br />
• Windows Plug-in Uninstall<br />
To uninstall the Windows plug-in, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.<br />
Select the plug-in and click Remove.<br />
After deleting the files, restart the NetBackup Remote Manager and Monitor Service (nbrmms).<br />
Note Uninstalling the <strong>OST</strong> plug-in does not unregister any storage servers registered on the media<br />
server. It does not delete the disk pools, storage units, or storage unit groups. The uninstall<br />
does not expire any backup images.<br />
