meetings one can observe <strong>the</strong> following:<br />
Which <strong>stakeholder</strong>s participate?<br />
Are <strong>the</strong>re changes in alliances among <strong>stakeholder</strong>s?<br />
Have <strong>the</strong> contested issues changed form or shape since <strong>the</strong> last meeting?<br />
Are <strong>the</strong> dynamics in this meeting similar to those of <strong>the</strong> first?<br />
Are <strong>the</strong> participants <strong>the</strong> same?<br />
Who talks; who dominates; when and <strong>over</strong> what issues?<br />
Who is <strong>the</strong> real driver in <strong>the</strong>se interactions?<br />
