nämlich für Toleranz der Kulturen und Völkerverständigung zu werben. Menschen
beider Stadthälften haben vergleichbare Lebensgeschichten und schon aus diesem
Grund einen gemeinsamen Weg in die Zukunft. The art project fits the articles of our
sponsoring organization: namely, to promote tolerance and understanding among
cultures and peoples. People from both halves of the city have comparable life stories
and in this sense, are already on a common path into the future. Ten projekt artystyczny

project. When I go now as a city guide to Gubin (the Polish half of the city, Guben-
Gubin), then I see the city in images of people and their faces. All of a sudden I know
people from Gubin, we greet one another, we smile; it’s simply a fine thing. Thank
