9.1 <strong>District</strong> Annual Plan Progress Report<br />
The information set out on the attached pages covers progress with improvement<br />
activities ADHB has committed to in the 2011/12 <strong>District</strong> Annual plan.<br />
All of the projects for 2011/12 have been started.<br />
There are 5 projects whose ‘Expected Outcome’ has been identified as at risk of not<br />
meeting target, 3 relate to workforce initiatives. Progress is being made on all five<br />
projects, it is anticipated that these activities will positively influence the expected<br />
outcome status.<br />
