Recommendation<br />
That the ADHB <strong>Board</strong> approves a renewal lease arrangement for the property<br />
currently occupied by St Lukes Community Mental <strong>Health</strong> Centre at 6<strong>15</strong> New<br />
North Road, Morningside with British Jewellers NZ Limited for a period of six<br />
years with two rights of renewal of three years each at an annual rental of<br />
$180,666 per annum with the six year lease period to be used to seek<br />
alternative accommodation to better reflect the provision of quality health<br />
services.<br />
