Una aeronave pue<strong>de</strong> ser <strong>de</strong>spachada con el CVR inoperativo si:<br />
No es posible reparar el CVR antes <strong>de</strong>l vuelo.<br />
No se exce<strong>de</strong>n los 8 vuelos consecutivos.<br />
No han transcurrido más <strong>de</strong> 72 horas <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> su inoperatividad.<br />
El FDR está operativo (a menos que se disponga <strong>de</strong> un sistema COMBI).<br />
