Nueva
estrategia de
saNta rita para
duplicar veNtas
ascienden a US$ 200 millones.
El foco estará en los vinos premium,
con lo que se pretende pasar
de un precio promedio por caja
de US$ 37 a US$ 45 el año 2013,
además de subir de 50% a 80% el
porcentaje de la producción que se
destina a los mercados externos.
Entre los planes también está
aumentar los volúmenes de producción,
lo que implicará incorporar
300 hectáreas de viñedos por
año, los que se sumarán a las 3.126
hectáreas que la empresa tiene en
Chile. Todos estos proyectos consideran
una inversión cercana a los
US$ 25 millones por año.
the winery will concentrate its
efforts on premium wines and the
goals is raising the average price
the percentage of the production
the winery is also planning to
increase production volumes, which
means adding 300 new hectares
Bisquertt lanza
No sólo
Bisquertt launches its crazy rows
after selling its winery and 350 hectares to the chinese giant cofco, the Bisquertt family winery moved
on to pursue one single objective: the production of premium wines. not only they adjusted their business
model, but they also undertook a comprehensive terroir study of el rulo and el chequén estates in
colchagua, to classify the lots and even the rows to ensure the highest possible quality potential for their
Petirrojo, la joya and ecos de rulo wines.
this project, with agricultural engineer jaime araya at the helm and Pedro Parra, PhD in terroirs, as an
expert advisor, gave birth to the new qclay crazy rows 1 super premium red blend of 75% syrah and
25% cabernet sauvignon from two different colchagua subregions: Marchigüe and Peralillo. a blend
that combines the very best of their vineyards.
this new wine features a potent blend of black plums and blueberries, smoked and meaty undertones,
all of them enhanced by remarkable acidity. to winemaker joana Pereira, the sea breezes that blow in the
evening and Marchigüe’s soils combine to foster a level of acidity that refreshes their fruit and prolongs
flavors on the palate.
Bravado apuesta a un 100%
carignan del secano maulino
Tirso se las trae. Canta. A veces grita. Seduce y divierte.
Cabernet sauvignon, Petit verdot y Cabernet franc).
BravaDo goes for a 100% carignan
froM the Maule DrylanDs
tirso has a lot to say, or sing, or even cry out loud. it’s charming and amusing. the fourth child of
the winemaking marriage of constanza schwaderer and felipe garcía has a deep, vibrant mouthfeel
that follows the beat of rush and Bravado, the mythical tune of the canadian band after which this
independent winery was named.
tirso 2008 (100% carignan) boasts all the power of the black fruit from the Maule drylands, as well
a fresh character, a strong personality yet at the same time the distinct gentleness of all Bravado wines:
Marina (sauvignon Blanc), sofía (Pinot noir) and facundo (carignan, cabernet sauvignon, Petit verdot
and cabernet franc).
