como para aconsejar o <strong>de</strong>saconsejar el uso <strong>de</strong><br />
implantes osteointegrados <strong>en</strong> paci<strong>en</strong>tes con<br />
liqu<strong>en</strong> plano oral, aunque parece que las sobre<strong>de</strong>ntaduras<br />
sobre implantes pue<strong>de</strong>n reducir la<br />
aparición <strong>de</strong> lesiones erosivas<br />
Lo que sí que está claro es la importancia <strong>de</strong>l<br />
tratami<strong>en</strong>to periodontal <strong>en</strong> los paci<strong>en</strong>tes con<br />
liqu<strong>en</strong>, ya que, aunque la placa no sea la responsable<br />
directa <strong>de</strong> las lesiones, se ha visto que<br />
la eliminación <strong>de</strong> la misma provoca una mejoría<br />
<strong>en</strong> los paci<strong>en</strong>tes.<br />
