CONCEPTO Y CLASIFICACIÓN DE LESIÓN CONCEPTO Y CLASIFICACIÓN DE LESIÓN La Organización Mundial de la salud, define la lesión como “Toda alteración del equilibrio biopsicosocial” y la definición clínica de lesión es: “La alteración funcional orgánica o psíquica consecutiva a factores internos o externos”. Desde el punto de vista jurídico encontramos que él articulo 288 del Código Penal vigente para el Distrito Federal, hace mención del concepto de lesión y a la letra dice: Bajo el nombre de lesión se comprende no solamente las heridas, escoriaciones, contusiones, fracturas, dislocaciones, quemaduras, sino toda alteración de la salud y cualquier otro daño que deje huella material en el cuerpo humano, si estos efectos son producidos por causa externa. CLASIFICACIÓN. Una de las clasificaciones es dependiendo del agente con la que se produjo la lesión y puede ser: por agentes mecánicos, físicos, químicos o biológicos. Y a su vez estos de dividen en: I LESIONES POR AGENTES MECÁNICOS 1 POR AGENTE CONTUNDENTE Escoriaciones Equimosis Hematomas Heridas contusas Contusiones profundas Grandes machacamientos Avulsión Traumatismo craneoencéfalico. 2 POR ARMA BLANCA Heridas punzantes. Heridas cortantes. Heridas punzocortantes. Heridas cortocontundentes. Heridas punzocontundentes. 3 POR ARMA DE FUEGO Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego con la variedad de proyectil único o proyectiles múltiples. II LESIONES POR AGENTES FÍSICOS 1 QUEMADURAS Por calor humedo (vapor y líquido en ebullición) Por calor seco. (radiaciones solares, cuerpos calentados, flama directa, electricidad y roegendiagnóstico) Por sustancias químicas.
