quotidienne de consommation d’aliments à<br />
base de p<strong>la</strong>ntain a été supérieure dans les<br />
zones rurales par rapport aux zones citadines.<br />
Il a existé une grande variation des niveaux<br />
de consommation des aliments à base de<br />
p<strong>la</strong>ntain <strong>et</strong>, donc, de leur degré de contribution<br />
aux besoins en oligo-éléments. Néanmoins,<br />
l’étude montre que le p<strong>la</strong>ntain est une bonne<br />
source de β-carotène <strong>et</strong> peut apporter une<br />
contribution substantielle aux besoins en oligoéléments<br />
des enfants <strong>et</strong> de leurs mères s’il est<br />
consommé en quantité importante.<br />
