DÉVELOPPEMENT
DURABLE,
RMS EXEMPLAIRE !
Depuis plusieurs années, RMS s’est enga-
gée à former des managers responsables,
conscients des défis de la planète et de leur
propre impact sur le monde. Une implication
désormais reconnue puisque Reims Mana-
gement School se classe dans la catégorie
« Exemplaires » du Palmarès « Ecoles et
Universités d’Avenir » du journal L’Etudiant
! (n°355, mai 2012). Les équipes de l’Ecole
s’impliquent tant au niveau de la recherche
qu’au niveau de la pédagogie en travaillant
sur la transversalité du concept de responsabilité
sociale des entreprises dans les différentes
formations de RMS mais également en déve-
loppant de nouveaux concepts pédagogiques
tels que la nuit de l’ONU, portant sur les
grands enjeux du développement durable.
Parallèlement, pour mesurer l’efficacité de
sa gouvernance en matière de Développement
Durable, l’école a créé de nouveaux
indicateurs sociétaux et environnementaux
(cf. 3ème rapport de développement durable
de RMS). Les étudiants ont également été
récompensés du Prix des Etudiants remis
lors des Assises Nationales Etudiantes du
Développement Durable le 5 avril 2012 à Toulouse.
Le projet présenté par Pierrick Huguet,
Maximilien Derepas et Arthur Lastennet,
« Mégo’ptimisme » propose le recyclage de
la ouate des mégots de cigarette.
RMS BACHELOR, UNE ÉCOLE OUVERTE SUR LA CULTURE
RMS Bachelor (SUP’TG), école du groupe Reims Management School
forme des managers capables de gérer et d’animer des équipes au service
des clients en conjuguant connaissances techniques, développement personnel
mais également ouverture culturelle. À travers la réalisation de projets
académiques, professionnels ou associatifs, les étudiants s’accomplissent
dans des domaines culturels variés comme la musique, la peinture ou encore
la littérature et y développent des talents artistiques. Samar Hachem en est
l’exemple parfait. Étudiante en 3 ème année de RMS Bachelor, elle écrit depuis
l’âge de 13 ans une série fantastique « Les élus et les pierres stellaires « qui
comportera six tomes. Le quatrième est sorti cet été, et l’écriture du cinquième
est terminée. La formation dispensée à RMS Bachelor lui permettra d’allier
son métier à sa passion puisqu’elle souhaite travailler dans le domaine de la
communication et du marketing au sein d’une maison d’édition.

SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT,
RMS SETS THE STANDARDS!
For several years now, one aim of RMS
has been to train responsible managers,
aware of the challenges faced by the planet
and of their own impact on the environment.
This commitment has now been recognised,
since Reims Management School has been
ranked “Exemplary” in the “Ecoles et Universités
d’Avenir” category of the magazine
L’Etudiant! (No. 355, May 2012). RMS research
and teaching teams are committed
to working on the concept of Corporate
Social Responsibility in a multidisciplinary
way in the school’s different training programmes,
but also by developing new
teaching concepts such as UN night, dealing
with the great challenges of sustainable
development. In parallel with these innovations,
the school has created new social
and environmental indicators to measure
the effectiveness of its governance in terms
of sustainable development, (cf. Third RMS
Sustainable Development Report). The
students also received the Student Award
at the National Student Sustainable Development
Conference on 5 April 2012 in Toulouse.

LA FONDATION RMS FÊTE SES 5 ANS
Née en 2007 des liens étroits entre RMS et le réseau
de ses diplômés mais aussi des partenariats
actifs que RMS a développés avec les entreprises
au fil des années, la Fondation RMS fête aujourd’hui
ses 5 ans. Durant toutes ces années, la
Fondation RMS a accompagné financièrement,
techniquement et humainement de nombreux
projets. Le financement de 50 bourses par an à
des étudiants brillants rencontrant de réelles difficultés
financières, le soutien apporté aux collégiens
et lycéens participant au dispositif
Prépa’Rémois, Cordée de la réussite de Reims ou
encore le financement de la Chaire en Economie
Sociale et Solidaire de RMS sont autant de
preuves de son engagement sociétal et des valeurs
qu’elle défend aux côtés de ses partenaires.
L’équipe de la Fondation RMS profite de cet anniversaire
pour remercier sincèrement tous ses partenaires
et donateurs qui lui font confiance et invite
toutes les personnes intéressées à venir la rejoindre
pour soutenir ses nouveaux projets. Plus

Born in 2007 out of the close links between RMS
and its alumni network, but also out of the active
corporate partnerships that RMS has developed
over the years, RMS Foundation is currently celebrating
its fifth anniversary. Over these five years,
RMS Foundation has given financial, technical and
human support to many projects. Its social commitment
and the values it defends together with its
partners are witnessed by its financing of fifty
scholarships per year for brilliant students facing
genuine financial difficulty, its support to secondary
school pupils involved in Prépa’Rémois, part of the
Ministry of Education initiative to encourage social
diversity in Higher Education, and its financing of
the RMS Chair in Social Business.The RMS Foundation
team would like to take this opportunity to express

RMS FOUNDATION CELEBRATES
ITS 5 TH ANNIVERSARY
RMS BACHELOR, THE CULTURAL BUSINESS PROGRAMME
RMS Bachelor, one of the schools in the Reims Management School group
trains managers capable of managing and leading teams to serve customers
with their technical knowledge, personal development skills but also with their
cultural awareness. During different academic, professional and not-for-profit
projects, its students gain fulfilling experiences in various cultural fields such as
music, painting and literature, and develop their artistic talents. Samar Hachem
is the perfect example. She is a third year student in the RMS Bachelor
programme, and since the age of thirteen has been writing a series of fantasy
novels entitled "les élus et les pierres stellaires" which will eventually be made
up of six volumes. The fourth volume was published this summer, and she has
finished writing the fifth. Her studies in RMS Bachelor will help her to bring
together her career and her passion, as she hopes to work in the field of
communication and marketing for a publishing company.
