Formé entre autres à la Nikon School de
Paris, le photographe a souvent vu ses
œuvres publiées comme sa magnifique série
de portraits d’enfants, réalisée au Sénégal
dans une tribu Bassari (Portrait Art Today –
Editions Patou).
Un nouvel opus de ce livre paraîtra bientôt,
rendant cette fois-ci hommage aux porteuses
d’eau ; la beauté et la vie des femmes à
travers le monde étant un thème qui touche
beaucoup le photographe.
Gaël Judic réalise des œuvres sur toile,
2.0, puisqu’il a eu l’idée géniale d’intégrer
à certaines d’entre elles des QR Codes
permettant au spectateur d’écouter un texte
l’invitant à découvrir ce qui se cache derrière
l’image.
Ainsi, l’artiste est très attaché à la symbolique
des objets, travaillant actuellement sur une
nouvelle série de photographies narratives
qui racontent une histoire, dénoncent une
souffrance, nous invitant à chercher ce
qui existe au-delà du premier plan, à faire
fonctionner notre intuition et notre empathie…

works published as his magnificent series
of children's portraits, realized in Senegal
in a Bassari tribe (Portrait Art Today -
Editions Patou).
A new opus of this book will soon appear,
paying this time tribute to the carriers of
water; the beauty and the life of women
worldwide being a theme which deeply
touches the photographer.

to integrate to some of them QR Codes
allowing the spectator to listen to a text
inviting him to discover what hides behind
the image.
So, the artist is very attached to the
symbolism of objects, working at the
moment on a new series of narrative
photos which tell a story, denounce a
suffering, inviting us to look what exists
beyond the foreground, to run our intuition
and our empathy …
