Charnières / Hinges<br />

• Panneaux et cadre en aluminium léger.<br />

• Fini peint noir semi-lustré.<br />

• Charnières résistantes à l'eau avec les joints soudés à l'intérieur.<br />

• Nos attaches brevetées à l'avant et à l'arrière peuvent être bougées dans l'une<br />

des trois positions.<br />

• La pince avant (près de la cabine) est intégrée dans les rondelles de blocage<br />

pour que cela ne se desserre pas et maintienne le couvre-caisse étanche.<br />

• Deux lumières DEL fonctionnant à pile sont intégrées à l'arrière du couvrecaisse.<br />

• Joints en mousse surdimensionnés aux coins et charnières.<br />

• Joints de caoutchouc EPDM à trois rainures (très bonne étanchéité)<br />

• Joint "ailette" de hayon (De série sur tous nos couvre-caisses).<br />

• Lightweight aluminum panels and frame.<br />

• Semi-gloss black painted finish.<br />

• Water resistant hinges with inner "pinch seal".<br />

• Our patented front and rear latches, they can be moved into one of three<br />

positions.<br />

• Front (closest to cab) clamp has built in locking washers so that it never<br />

loosens and keeps cover tight.<br />

• Two built in, battery operated LED lights at rear of cover.<br />

• Extended height corner and hinge foam seals.<br />

• Tri-grove side EPDM rubber gasket seals (very good at keeping water out)<br />

• Tailgate "fin" seal (standard on all of our covers).<br />
