Loka <strong>Litbang</strong> P2B2 CiamisZoonoses Research Office, CiamisEpidemiologi Demam Berdarah Dengue di Kota Cimahi Tahun 2010Epidemiology Study of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever in Cimahi City on 2010Penelitian dilakukan untuk memperolehgambaran spasial dinamika penularaninfeksi virus dengue, status resistensi vektorterhadap insektisida, dan perilaku masyarakatdalam pengendalian penyakit DBD di KotaCimahi tahun 2010. Pemetaan menunjukkanlebih dari 20% tempat tinggal penderita danhampir 40% tempat-tempat umum yang dikunjungipenderita terdapat Aedes spp sebagaivektor DBD. Berdasarkan metode WHO,Aedes aegypti di beberapa Kelurahan endemisDBD resisten terhadap Cypermethrin0,2% dan 0,4%. Sebagian besar masyarakatmemiliki pengetahuan dan sikap (faktor predisposisi)tentang Pemberantasan SarangNyamuk (PSN), namun perlu didukung olehfaktor pemungkin dan penguat. Manfaat daripenelitian ini yaitu dihasilkannya peta penularandan sebaran risiko penularan virusdengue di wilayah Kota Cimahi yang dapatdijadikan dasar dalam upaya pengembanganpengendalian vektor di wilayah Kota Cimahi.The aim of this study is to obtain spatialillustration on dengue virus transmissiondynamics, resistance status of vectorto insecticide, and behavioral aspects of thecommunity to promotedengue control inCimahi City in2010. Data showedthat vectorwas discovered in 20% of dengue patientresidence and up to 40% public places wherethe patient ever reported visiting. ThroughWHO methods, Aedes aegypti (L.) in severalendemic village of dengue showed their resistanceto Cypermethrin 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively.Almost all people have knowledgeand understanding aboutpredisposing factorsand on mosquito breeding place elimination(PSN) but this must be supported byenabling factors and reinforcing factors.
