Sirup / suspensi (92,73%) adalahbentuk sediaan antibiotika yang banyak diresepkan,penggunaan antibiotika generiksebesar 85,46% dan paten 14,54%, pilihanantibiotika terdapat dalam FormulariumRumah Sakit sebesar 85,45%. Rasionalitasjumlah obat yang diresepkan dibandingkandengan signa penggunaan sebesar 45,45%.Telah dilakukan penelitian tentanggambaran peresepan antibiotika untukISPA bagian atas pada anak rawat jalandi rumah sakit. Data diperoleh denganmengambil sampel resep dari Instalasi FarmasiRumah Sakit yang mengandung antibiotika,dan rekam medik dari pasien yangsama. Resep dapat dibaca dengan jelas danrekam medik mencantumkan diagnosapenyakit ISPA bagian atas dengan gejala /keluhan demam, batuk kering atau berdahak,pilek, sakit kepala dan sakit tenggorokan.Sampel diambil selama 1 bulan padabulan dimana jumlah kasus tertinggi ISPAbagian atas berdasarkan profil rumah sakittahun sebelumnya.Kemudian, data dianalisa menurutgolongan dan jenis antibiotika danpersentasenya, persentase bentuk sediaan,peresepan antibiotika generik dan paten,serta peresepan antibiotika yang terdapatdalam formularium rumah sakit. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa antibiotikayang banyak diresepkan adalah golongansefalosporin (61,82%) dan penisilinWe have done research about the prescriptionofantibiotics for upper respiratoryinfection amongchildren in a hospitaloutpatient setting. Data was obtained bytaking a sample perscriptionfrom the HospitalPharmacy Installation containing antibiotics,and the medical records from thesame patient. Clearly legible prescriptionsand medical records disease diagnoses includedupper respiratory infection withsymptoms / complaints of fever, dry coughor phlegm, runny nose, headache and sorethroat. Samples were taken during thefirst month in which historically the highestnumber of upper respiratory infectioncases of are seen in the hospital based ondata from the previous year.Then, the data wasanalyzed accordingto categories and types of antibioticsand the percentage, the percentage of dosageforms, generic prescribing antibioticsand patents, as well as antibiotic prescriptioncontainedin hospital pharmacies . Theresults showed that antibiotics are widelyprescribed cephalosporin class (61.82%)and penicillin (30.91%). Syrup / suspension(92.73%) is the dosage form of the widelyprescribed antibiotics, the use of genericantibiotics for 85.46% and 14.54% patent,the choice of antibiotics contained in theHospital Formulary by 85.45%.
