langsung memotong jumlah kompensasi dari pembayaran
untuk transaksi barang dari Penjual untuk
mengkompensasi Konsumen.
1.3 Layanan Purna-Jual Mandiri: mengacu kepada layanan
purna-jual yang diberikan kepada Konsumen oleh Penjual
melalui sistem layanan purna-jual pada Platform JD.ID
sesuai dengan “tiga jaminan (untuk memperbaiki,
mengganti dan mengembalikan barang)”, Ketentuan
Platform JD.ID terkait dan komitmen pada layanan purnajual
yang dibuat oleh Penjual kepada Konsumen. JD.ID
dapat mengawasi dan menilai layanan purna-jual mandiri
yang disediakan oleh Penjual dan dapat membuat Penjual
bertanggung jawab untuk pelanggaran kontrak terkait
dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum, Ketentuan
Perlindungan Konsumen ini dan Ketentuan Platform
JD.ID.
Pasal II
Isi Perlindungan Hak dan Kepentingan Konsumen
2.1 Penjual berjanji untuk melaksanakan kewajiban
melindungi hak dan kepentingan konsumen sesuai
dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum, Ketentuan
Perlindungan Konsumen ini dan Ketentuan Platform JD.ID
yang terkait, sehingga dapat menjamin hak-hak dan
kepentingan hukum atas konsumen.
2.2 Penjual berjanji untuk melaksanakan kewajiban
“membuat pernyataan jujur mengenai barang”, yaitu
membuat pernyataan yang jujur dalam hal informasi yang
diunggah ke dan dipublikasikan di dalam Platform JD.ID,
dan secara mandiri bertanggung jawab penuh untuk
informasi yang telah dipublikasikan dan sesuai dengan
beban pembuktiannya. Kewajiban Penjual atas “membuat
pernyataan jujur mengenai barang” termasuk konten
berikut ini:
2.2.1 Penjual menjamin bahwa Penjual berhak untuk
mempublikasikan informasi barang dan
mendistribusikan barang, dan publikasi dan
distribusi tersebut tidak melanggar hak-hak
hukum atas pihak ketiga manapun atau
melanggar peraturan yang berlaku terkait;
2.2.2 Penjual menjamin bahwa informasi barang
sesuai dengan barang yang sebenarnya
didistribusikan, penjelasan mengenai spesifikasi,
material, kuantitas, warna, tampilan, fungsi,
kualitas barang dll. sesuai dengan kondisi barang
sebenarnya, dan pernyataan atas harga sesuai
dengan persyaratan undang-undang, peraturan
dan Ketentuan Platform JD.ID terkait;
2.2.3 Penjual menjamin bahwa gambar-gambar yang
digunakan untuk publikasi informasi barang
adalah foto sebenarnya dari barang tersebut,
dan gambar-gambar yang menunjukkan
penampilan, bentuk, warna dan hal lainnya dari

1.3 Independent After-sale Services: refers to the aftersale
services provided to the Customer by the Seller
via the after-sale service system of the JD.ID Platform
in accordance with the “three guarantees (for repair,
replacement and return of goods)”, the relevant JD.ID
Platform Rules and the commitments on after-sale
service made by the Seller to the purchase. JD.ID may
supervise and examine the independent after-sale
services provided by the Seller and may hold the Seller
liable for breach of contract pursuant to the General
Terms and Conditions, this Consumers Protection
Terms and the relevant JD.ID Platform Rules.
Article II
Content of Consumers’ Rights and Interests Protection
2.1 The Seller undertakes to perform the obligation of
protecting consumers’ rights and interests in
accordance with the General Terms and Conditions,
this Consumers Protection Terms and the relevant
JD.ID Platform Rules, so as to ensure the legal rights
and interests of consumers.
2.2 The Seller undertakes to perform the obligation of
“making truthful statements of goods”, i.e. making
truthful statements as regards the information
uploaded to and publicized on the JD.ID Platform, and
independently assuming full liabilities for the
publicized information and accordingly the burden of
proof. The Seller’s obligation of “making truthful
statements of goods” includes the following contents:
2.2.1 The Seller guarantees that it is entitled to
publicize the goods information and
distribute the goods, and the publication and
the distribution does not infringe on the legal
rights of any third party or violate relevant
national prevailing regulation;
2.2.2 The Seller guarantees that the goods
information is consistent with the goods
actually distributed, the description of the
goods’ specification, material, quantity, color,
appearance, function, quality, etc. is
consistent with the goods’ actual condition,
and the statement of the price is consistent
with the requirements of relevant laws,
regulations and JD.ID Platform Rules;
2.2.3 The Seller guarantees that the pictures used
for publicizing the goods information are
actual photos of the goods, and the pictures
showing the appearance, form, color and
other features of the goods do not contain
