5.1.3 Seluruh informasi yang diberikan oleh Penjual
harus diberikan dalam Bahasa Inggris (apabila
diperlukan) dan Bahasa Indonesia sebagaimana
yang dipersyaratkan oleh Hukum yang berlaku,
terkait Produk yang tersedia untuk didaftarkan
untuk dijual melalui Platform JD.ID
5.1.4 Seluruh gambar-gambar dan Informasi yang
diberikan oleh Penjual tidak boleh mengandung
pelanggaran terhadap hak atas kekayaan
intelektual apapun (atau didapatkan dari
sumber yang terpercaya dan/atau sumber
resmi, seperti sistus resmi distributor, katalog,
dll). JD.ID tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas
seluruh Informasi dan gambar yang disediakan
oleh Penjual.
5.1.5 Selain itu, Penjual dapat menambahkan tulisan,
pernyataan, peringatan, pemberitahuan, label
atau informasi lainnya yang diperlukan sesuai
dengan Hukum yang berlaku (termasuk namun
tidak terbatas pada, penggunaan persyaratan
usia minimum dan persyaratan tanda dan label)
untuk ditampilkan sehubungan dengan
penawaran, pemasaran, iklan atau penjualan
Produk.
5.1.6 Penjual memberikan JD.ID hak untuk
menggunakan, menyalin, menampilkan,
mendistribusi, mengadaptasi, memodifikasi,
format ulang, membuat karya turunan, dan
lain-lain untuk mengeksploitasi dengan cara
apapun secara komersial maupun nonkomersial,
setiap dan semua informasi yang
diberikan oleh Penjual, dan untuk
mensublisensikan hak di atas kepada afiliasi dan
operator JD.ID; Namun JD.ID tidak akan
mengubah merek dagang dari bentuk yang
diberikan oleh Penjual (kecuali untuk
mengubah ukuran merek dagang sejauh yang
dibutuhkan untuk presentasi, selama proporsi
relatif dari merek dagang itu tetap sama) dan
akan mematuhi permintaan penghapusan dari
Penjual untuk penggunaan khusus merek
dagang; namun tidak ada hal apapun dalam
Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum ini yang
menghalangi hak JD.ID untuk menggunakan
Informasi tanpa izin dari Penjual sejauh
penggunaan tersebut diperbolehkan tanpa izin
dari Penjual atau afiliasi Penjual berdasarkan
Hukum yang berlaku.
5.1.7 JD.ID dapat menggunakan mekanisme yang
menilai atau memperbolehkan Konsumen
menilai atau mengulas Produk dari Penjual
dan/atau performa dari Penjual sebagai Penjual
5.1.3 All information provided by seller must be
provided in English language (if needed) and in
Indonesian language, or solely Indonesian
language as required by the applicable law,
where the Goods are available to be listed for
sale through the JD.ID Platform.
5.1.4 All images and Information provided by the
Seller shall not contain any intellectual
property right infringement (or retrieved from
trusted and/or official sources, e.g.
distributors’ official websites, catalogs, etc).
JD.ID would not be responsible for any Content
Material and images provided by Seller.
5.1.5 In addition, the Seller may add text, disclaimer,
warnings, notices, labels or other information
required by applicable Law (including but not
limited to, use of minimum age requirements
and sign and label requirements) to be
displayed in connection with the offer,
merchandising, advertising or sale of the
Products.
5.1.6 The Seller grants JD.ID the rights to use,
reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, modify,
re-format, create derivative works of, and
otherwise commercially or non-commercially
exploit in any manner, any and all of the
information provided by the Seller, and to
sublicense the foregoing rights to the affiliates
and operators of JD.ID; provided, however,
that JD.ID will not alter any of the trademarks
from the form provided by the Seller (except to
re-size trademarks to the extent necessary for
presentation, so long as the relative
proportions of such trademarks remain the
same) and will comply with the removal
requests of the Seller as to specific uses of such
trademarks; provided further, however, that
nothing in the present General Terms and
Conditions will prevent the right of JD.ID to use
the information without the consent of the
Seller to the extent that such use is allowable
without a license from the Seller or the
affiliates of the Seller under applicable Law.
5.1.7 JD.ID may use mechanisms that rate, or allow
Customers to rate or review the Goods of the
Seller and/or the performance of the Seller as
