ende necessario approfondire ogni aspetto socio-economico e poi più strettamente medico
relativo al paziente che ci troviamo di fronte: è infatti quanto suggerito in corso di infezione
da HIV 14 , proprio per valutare di conseguenza anche approcci interventistici di un
qualche reale beneficio sul management delle attività quotidiane svolte usualmente dai
pazienti, al fine di contribuire ad alleviare questo aspecifico ma assai fastidioso problema
dell’astenia, qualunque sia la causa scatenante.
