7. Sessions and Review Panels
During 2011, the Constitutional Court has held 142 Review Panel sessions, whereby it issued
decisions, resolutions, judgments and orders for deliberated cases:
- 8 Judgments, two of them with Dissenting Opinions, Case KO 29/11 and KI
55/09 and Judgment Clarification, Case KO 29/11.
- 79 Resolutions;
- 2 Resolutions on Interim Measures;
- 1 Clarifications of Judgments;
- 1 Order;
- 1 Decision to Strike out the Referral; and
- 8 Administrative Rulings, in 5 administrative sessions.
