IV Department of Budget and Finance (DBF)
The resources allocated to the Constitutional Court from the Budget of Kosovo for 2011 were
1,531,698.00 Euros. They are hereunder presented in the table of the budgetary structure
according to the economic categories.

In addition, in the third quarter, the Constitutional Court received a donation in the amount
of 25,000.00 Euros in the category of capital investment from the Constitutional Court of
Turkey for the project entitled: “Fitting, furnishing and installation of container offices”.

• The initial budget for the category of goods and services was 570,302.00 Euros; the
Decision of the Government, No. 04/26, of 27 July 2011, reduced resources in the
amount of 34,218.00 Euros for this category.
• On 13 October 2011, the Ministry of Finance was requested, through the document
Ref. No. 1868/11/mv, to transfer 25,000.00 Euros from the category of utilities to the
category of goods and services. The request was approved.
• On 14 November 2011, the Constitutional Court sent a letter to the Ministry of
Finance, Ref. No. KK/11/mv, requesting that the amount of 23,000.00 Euros be
allowed from the resources reduced by the Decision of the Government, No. 04/26, of
27 July 2011, for the category of goods and services. On 5 December 2011, this
request was approved.
• At the end of the year, the Constitutional Court had reduced uncommitted resources
in the amount of 2,080.00 Euros in the category of capital investment, and 614.09
Euros in the category of utilities.
• The difference of the initial budget compared to the final one was less than 13,912.09
Euros.
