Shkarko - Gjykata Kushtetuese

This was the second conference organized by the Hague Tribunal, which gathers
internationally renowned statesmen, Judges, prosecutors and academicians at a roundtable
to discuss the impact of this Tribunal in the international humanitarian law and the
advancement of human rights.
II. Official visits of foreign delegations to the Constitutional Court
4 May 2011
Representatives of the Constitutional Court, headed by its President, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani,
received, for an official meeting, a delegation of senior German officials, headed by Mr. Dirk
Niebel, Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of
Germany. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary of State, Dr. Ole Schroeder, and
the German Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Hans Dieter Steinbach. The purpose of the visit was
the expansion of mutual cooperation.

received, for an official visit, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Ahmet
Kahraman, and other senior officials of this Ministry, who were accompanied by the Turkish
Ambassador to Kosovo, Mrs. Songül Ozan.

The President of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, received for an official
visit the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria, Prof. Dr. Evgeni
Tanchev, who was accompanied by the Judge of this Court Prof. Dr. Dimitar Tokushev, and
the Secretary General, Ms. Enita Enikova.

On the occasion of the ceremony of the Second Judicial Year of the Constitutional Court, its
President, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, received for an official meeting delegations of the
Constitutional Courts of the Republics of Albania, Turkey, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia,
Montenegro and Portugal.
