Art. 5
The buyer will be the owner of the acquired part starting from the day
when the pre-emption right cannot be exercised by the Ministry in charge
and starting from this date all rights and commitments are respectively in
favour and at the expense of the buyer; with exclusion of the
refurbishment works and the obligation of any type and order, connected
with the refurbishment works described by the Annex 13 of the Appraisal
as integral part of this Act. All ordinary and extraordinary expenses, taxes
and fees deriving from any circumstances prior to the current date, even
verified or settled at a later moment, should the seller exempt the buyer
from all responsibilities or inconvenience, even by formal agreement, will
be attributed to the seller.
