BARRIERA AD ARIA AIR BOOM<br />
Le barriere ad aria o barriere d’altura sono tipicamente usate in<br />
mare aperto dove la maggiore galleggiabilità in proporzione al<br />
peso aiuta le prestazioni della barriera in acque soggette a moto<br />
ondoso.<br />
L’imballaggio e lo stoccaggio della barriera ad aria occupa meno<br />
spazio rispetto alle altre tipologie di barriere galleggianti.<br />
Le nostre barriere ad aria sono tutte rinforzate perimetralmente al<br />
fine di aver maggiore resistenza alla trazione e alle correnti marine.<br />
Il gonfiaggio delle barriere viene fatto tramite le valvole di non ritorno<br />
collocate su ogni camera.<br />
SCB<br />
Specifica per un utilizzo in aree fluviali essendo rinforzata tramite<br />
una cinghia di altezza 5cm posizionata sopra la catena di zavorra<br />
avente resistenza alla trazione (pari a kg 2300/5cm)<br />
La sua zavorra, realizzata da una catena genovese zincata a<br />
fuoco posizionata su tutta la tratta della sezione, rende questa<br />
barriera particolarmente stabile anche in presenza di acque agitate<br />
impedendo la stessa di capovolgersi. Flessibile e leggera grazie ai<br />
suoi galleggianti in poliuretano espanso cilindrici inseriti all’interno<br />
della barriera stessa.<br />
Pronta all’uso, non necessita di manutenzione, facile da posizionare,<br />
ancorare, trasportare e da riporre dopo l’uso in quanto non richiede<br />
molto spazio per lo stoccaggio.<br />

INDUSTRIAL ABSORBENTS<br />
Designed for application on rivers, this boom is reinforced by a 5cm height belt,<br />
positioned above the ballast chain to ensure a tensile strength (equal to 2300 kg<br />
/ 5cm).<br />
Its ballast, built by a hot-dip galvanized Genovese chain positioned on the<br />
entire line of the section, makes this barrier also particularly stable in the<br />
presence of agitated waters preventing any possible roll-over. Flexible and<br />
lightweight thanks to its floating<br />
cylindrical polyurethane foam inserted into the boom.<br />
Ready to use, no particular maintenance required, easy to position, anchor,<br />
carry and store after use due to the compact dimension when folded.<br />
The barrier is equipped with handles on the emerged for manual lifting and<br />

Air barriers are typically used onboard response vessels where a foam<br />
filled boom would be too bulky. The reduced volume of an air boom is<br />
an asset when the boom has to be transported, possibly by air, to the<br />
spill site.<br />
They are typically used in open waters where the higher buoyancy to<br />
weight ratio assists the performance of the boom in waves.<br />
Air barriers are inflated using the non-return valves located on each<br />
chamber.<br />
