Economic development is based on three fundamental
pillars: the evolution and growth of the economy,
the social impact on society, and respect for the environment.
We create a favorable environment for investment in
all sectors of the economy, supporting everything from
individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs) to small, medium,
and large companies.
We are on the right way. New shopping centers,
hypermarkets, and logistical and residential condominiums
create a virtuous circle that encourages growth
and investment, as has not been seen in the city for
many years.
With one of the highest Gross Domestic Product
(GDP) indices in the State of São Paulo, Suzano has
a privileged location close to the main highways, the
airports of Guarulhos, Campinas, and Congonhas, the
port of Santos and the capital of São Paulo.
In the educational sector, we can highlight municipal
elementary education, public and private colleges,
the Federal Institute of Education, Science and
Technology (IFSP), the unit of the National Service
for Industrial Learning (Senai), the office of the Brazilian
Support Service for Micro and Small Businesses
(Sebrae), the State Technical School (Etec), vocational
institutions and the future campus of the College of
Technology (Fatec).
We understand that the advancement of market and
labor relations changes increases the importance of an
environment conducive to a professional with more
autonomy, qualification, and skills that go far
beyond technique. Therefore, Education,
Tourism, and Creative Economy are on
our agenda.

Development and Employment Generation,
a furniture entrepreneur
for over 40 years and was president
of the Suzano Commercial and Business
Association (ACE)
between 2012/2014.

No setor educacional, podemos destacar o ensino
fundamental municipal, faculdades públicas e privadas,
o Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia
(IFSP), a unidade do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem
Industrial (Senai), o escritório do Serviço
Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas
(Sebrae), a Escola Técnica Estadual (Etec), instituições
profissionalizantes e o futuro campus da Faculdade de
Tecnologia (Fatec).
Entendemos que o avanço das transformações no
mercado e nas relações de trabalho aumenta a importância
