Managing a city of more than 300 thousand inhabitants is one of the<br />
greatest challenges experienced by Mayor Rodrigo Ashiuchi. The 42-year-old<br />
engineer and entrepreneur took over the city’s leadership in 2017, his first<br />
experience in elective office. At the time, what was ahead was the mission to<br />
rescue the city’s pride, acting effectively with the demands of the population<br />
