136R O S L I RRevista Română de Semio-Logică (Pe Internet)SEMNE ALE NEGOCIERII CONFLICTUALERaluca BontaAbstract: Negotiation is a particular type of oral communication, whichappears as a process of message transmission on a given topic and in which theparticipants have the purpose of reaching a mutual understanding of the problemdiscussed. Besides the three main types of negotiation (economic, political andsocial) there can be taken into consideration other classifications of this process,taking into consideration the object of negotiation, the participants, their interests,the place of negotiation. At the same time, there should be made a distinctionbetween conflict negotiation, based on rivalry and competition, and cooperativenegotiation, based on collaboration.Our paper tries to identify the signs of conflict negotiation (which wecalled stylistic, pragmatic and argumentative markers) in two types of negotiationtactics: the tactic of statistic intoxication and the tactic of stressing the adversary.Key-words: negotiation, tactic, stylistic markers, pragmatic markers,argumentative markers.Provenită din comerţ, apoi trecută pe scena diplomaţiei,negocierea este astăzi la ordinea zilei în viaţa cotidiană, devenind opractică uzuală ce apare în situaţii variate. Adesea oameniiparticipă la negocieri fără ca măcar să realizeze acest lucru;negociază în fiecare zi diverse lucruri, fie la locul de muncă, fieacasă sau într-o instituţie publică, ori de câte ori apar interesedivergente. Ei încearcă să înţeleagă problemele în discuţie, săobţină şi să transmită informaţii, să elaboreze variante de soluţii, săexprime opinii, iar toate acestea se realizează în principal princomunicare verbală.Câmpul semantic al termenului negociere este delimitat îninteriorul semnificaţiilor şi relaţiilor pe care le întreţine cu verbul adiscuta: a trata, a parlamenta, a argumenta, a transmite, a face2 / 2006
