TRATAMENT
Tratamentul vizeaza In primul rand lini§tirea bolnavului §i Indepmtarea
factorilor precipitanti. Deoarece disfagia functional a se poate remite In timp
§i de cele mai multe ori este de intensitate mica sau medie, ea nu necesita
tratament. La cei cu suferinta clinica intensa, tratamentul este similar cu eel
al bolnavilor cu durere toracica functionala, dar in aceasta situatie miorelaxantele
§i psihot:ropele au mai putin sucees. La bolnavii la care examenul baritat
evidentiaza 0 intarziere a tranzitului sau 0 insufieienta de relaxare SEI, tratamentul
este similar eu eel efeetuat in aealazie (medicamentos, prin bujinare,
dilatatii pneumatice).
