She was accompanied by Assistant

Gözütok, and Store Managers Serkan
Doğan, Can Kobat, Alpay Gündüz,
Recep Kurtuluş, Birol Güven, Metin
Çakır, Muhittin Özkan, Zuhal Akbay,
and Cihat Torun. The group had a
great time at the restaurant for a morale
and motivation dinner meeting,
just before the New Year.

VISITS TR‹LYE
The holding’s best example of a successful woman, Ms. Karadeniz makes sure to visit Trilye each
time she comes to Ankara because of her interest in seafood. Upon leaving the restaurant, she
mentioned that she hoped to see us again at Trilye on her next visit to Ankara, and wished all the
best for our entire country in the New Year.
ACTORS FROM THE PLAY “SHADOW OF
THE DONKEY” VISITED TR‹LYE
Past State Theater General Director,
Mine Acar, is an incredibly valuable
person who gave her love and dedicated
her life to the theater. Ms. Acar, who is
the director of Haldun Taner’s play, “Shadow
of the Donkey” (“Eşeğin Gölgesi”)
came to Trilye in December with the cast
of the play.
In the country of Abdaliya, the barber’s
apprentice, Şaban, rents a donkey to go
to the fair. When they decided to stop
for a break, he wanted to rest under the
shadow of the donkey. Mestan, the owner of the donkey said, “You didn’t rent the donkey from me
for the shade. I want money for his shadow, too!” After a long debate, they both ended up in court.
The issue could not be resolved in court and grew like wildfire. The political parties joined in
the argument and it escalated to a matter of national importance. Every detail of the stories are
presented to the audience as a great tragic comedy.
Şenol Kaderoğlu, an actor from the Antalya State Theater, has the main role. The play showcases
some of the other actors from the stage of Ankara Meydan Sahnesi.
I have not watched a show quite like this in a long time. I understood once again that Mine Acar
is worthy of the wonderful praise she receives.
