Mehmet Cansun, who served as
President of the Galatasary
football team from 2001-2002, gathered
with his close friends at Trilye
in November. Cansun, a graduate
of Galatasary High School, spoke
about the achievements of Galatasaray
and the future of the club,
throughout the entire meal. The
former president is quite interested
in seafood and has a fun personality.
The Galatasaray supporters
spent hours that evening in the
open air, staying warm under the
heaters. They departed with wishes
of returning all together as soon as
possible.
MET‹N UCA VISITS TR‹LYE
Metin Uca, with his ever-present
sharp tongue, his interesting
contributions, and upright stance, visited
Trilye in November with his
close friends. Uca, who is very interested
in seafood, was treated to an
innovative seafood dish. Uca was a
fan of the octopus ball with the crispiest
potatoes, and the Adana-style
fish. In fact, he mentioned that he ate
so many appetizers that he nearly had
no room for the fish. Mr. Uca, who
found Trilye’s flavors interesting and
delicious, shared his experience with
his followers on Twitter. As he was
leaving the restaurant, he mentioned
that he would continue right where
he left off with the appetizers. He was
so pleased, and hopes to return next
time he is Ankara.
