Cilj predmeta je spoznati načine poučevanja integriranega<br />

pristopa pri učenju tujega jezika na predšolski stopnji,<br />

spoznavati pomen rabe tujega jezika za vsakodnevno<br />

komunikacijo in vključevanje le-tega v vsa področja dejavnosti<br />

otrokovega dela v vrtcu.<br />

Predvideni študijski rezultati:<br />

Po zaključku tega predmeta bo študent sposoben<br />

izkazati znanje in razumevanje osnovnih pojmov<br />

integriranega pristopa pri učenju tujega jezika na<br />

predšolski stopnji,<br />

prepoznati in opredeliti probleme vezane na integrirano<br />

učenje tujega jezika na predšolski stopnji v skladu s<br />

sodobnimi jezikoslovnimi, pedagoškimi, psihološkimi in<br />

didaktičnimi teorijami in spoznanji,<br />

pokazati sposobnost rabe tujega jezika za vsakodnevno<br />

komunikacijo ter pokazati sposobnost poučevanja z<br />

različnimi oblikami vsebinsko in jezikovno celostnega<br />

učenja ter z njegovo implementacijo v vrtcu.<br />

Prenosljive/ključne spretnosti in drugi atributi:<br />

Spretnosti komuniciranja: pisno in ustno izražanje, javno<br />

nastopanje.<br />

Delo v skupini: reševanje skupnih zadolžitev v parih in<br />

manjših skupinah.<br />

Reševanje problemov: sposobnost reševanja sodobnih<br />

tujejezikovno-didaktičnih vsebinsko in jezikovno<br />

integriranih problemov v različnih kontekstih.<br />

Metode poučevanja in učenja:<br />

Interaktivno predavanje,<br />

seminarske vaje,<br />

individualne naloge,<br />

študentova jezikovna mapa,<br />

simulacije, mikropouk<br />

igre vlog.<br />

The objective of this course is to present different content <strong>and</strong><br />

foreign language integrated approaches at the preschool level<br />

<strong>and</strong> its use in every day communication <strong>and</strong> the integration of<br />

content <strong>and</strong> foreign language <strong>learning</strong> into different kindergarten<br />

activities.<br />

Intended <strong>learning</strong> outcomes:<br />

Knowledge <strong>and</strong> underst<strong>and</strong>ing:<br />

On completion of this course the student will be able to<br />

demonstrate knowledge <strong>and</strong> underst<strong>and</strong>ing of content <strong>and</strong><br />

foreign language integrated issues, namely for their use in<br />

the foreign language teaching at pre-school level,<br />

identify <strong>and</strong> solve problems related to content <strong>and</strong> foreign<br />

language integrated approaches, namely from<br />

contemporary linguistic, pedagogical, psychological <strong>and</strong><br />

didactic/educational contents,<br />

demonstrate the ability of the foreign language use for<br />

every day communication as well as demonstrate teaching<br />

of different foreign language contents in kindergarten.<br />

Transferable/Key skills <strong>and</strong> other attributes:<br />

Communication skills: oral <strong>and</strong> written expression, public<br />

speaking.<br />

Working in a group: solving tasks in pairs <strong>and</strong> small groups.<br />

Problem solving: the ability to solve contemporary<br />

methodological content <strong>and</strong> language integrated problems<br />

in various contexts.<br />

Learning <strong>and</strong> teaching methods:<br />

Interactive lecture,<br />
