We have studied our business and sustainability risks, identified high
risk aspects including labour shortage in Thailand, lower margins
in certain product ranges, customer health, water, energy, climate
change etc, taken mitigating measures and implemented. This
process is a continuous one for our business.
As for as business is concerned, the market was tough and challenging.
