DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Grow the existing AF business further
Your objective is to grow the existing AF business further and identify opportunities
within new business areas based on our customers’ needs. You will
assemble, lead and develop a strong team for the department ensuring that
each function has the right competences. Your track record mirrors at least 10
years’ experience within the cement, power, minerals processing or a comparable
industry, including practical experience from an industrial plant.
SALES MANAGERS
Solution based selling
You will have responsibility for proposing and selling solutions within AF, WHR
and SCM to our existing base of cement customers. You have a degree, e.g.
within engineering, business or similar, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
from the cement, minerals processing or power industries. Through your career
you have gained solid sales experience as well as knowledge of construction and
engineering machinery and project management.
WASTE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Adaptation and refinement of appropriate sustainable technologies
Your prime objective will be to contribute to the adaptation and refinement of
appropriate sustainable technologies within WHR for electrical power generation
on cement plants worldwide. You have a relevant Engineering degree and vast
experience from at least 10 years within engineering activities in thermal power
generation where you have been engaged in projecting several installations.
2 WASTE HEAT RECOVERY PRODUCT SPECIALISTS
Select the right equipment and components
Your main focus will be to select the right equipment and components for
WHR systems for commercial projects. You incorporate the selected equipment
and components into project proposals for subsequent order execution and
installation. You have a degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years’ experience
from working with relevant equipment/components, especially boiler technology,
steam cycles and turbines, for WHR systems.
PROJECT ENGINEERS
Provide solutions for our customers worldwide
Your objective is to contribute to the development of solutions within AF, WHR,
SCM and other new technologies for our customers worldwide. You assist the
projects all the way – from the proposal phase to execution phase. You have
supplemented your Engineering degree with vast experience of engineering solutions
for the cement, minerals processing or power industries. Added to this, you
have gained insight into construction, engineering machinery and the sales part.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Drive and execute projects on new solutions
As one of our new Project Managers your objective is to drive and execute
projects on new solutions within AF, WHR, SCM and new technologies for our
cement customers. You will enter into cooperation with our customers and
identify their needs and tailor our solutions to support the customers in the best
possible way. You have a relevant degree, e.g. within engineering, combined
with more than 5 years’ experience from the cement, minerals processing or the
power industries.
