Prüfungsausschuss
Examination Board
(1) Für die Organisation der Modul-Prüfungen sowie die durch diese
Prüfungsordnung zugewiesenen Aufgaben wird ein Prüfungsausschuss gebildet. Ihm
gehören 5 Mitglieder an, darunter 3 Mitglieder aus der Gruppe der
Professorinnen/Professoren, 1 Mitglied aus der Gruppe der wissenschaftlichen
Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter sowie 1 studentische Vertreterin/1 studentischer
Vertreter. Die Amtszeit der Mitglieder beträgt 2 Jahre, die der studentischen
Vertreterin/des studentischen Vertreters ein Jahr.
For the organization of the module examination as well as the allocate responsibilities of this
examination regulation a examination board will be formed. This group consist of 5 members,
3 are out of the group Professor, 1 member is a scientific employee and 1 student
representative. The period of office for the members are 2 years, for the student
representative 1 year.
(2) Die/Der Vorsitzende, die Stellvertreterin/der Stellvertreter, die weiteren Mitglieder
des Prüfungsausschusses sowie deren Stellvertreterinnen/Stellvertreter werden
durch den Fakultätsrat bestellt. Die/Der Vorsitzende führt die Geschäfte des
Prüfungsausschusses.
The chair person, the deputy, the further member of the examination board as well as their
deputies are elected by the faculty council. The chair person is in charge of the examination
board.
(3) Der Prüfungsausschuss trifft alle anfallenden Entscheidungen, ausgenommen
Bewertungen von Prüfungsleistungen. Er erlässt insbesondere Zulassungs- und
Prüfungsbescheide. Die Bescheide bedürfen der Schriftform, sie werden begründet
und mit einer Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung versehen.
The examination board take all the upcoming decision, except of the evaluation of
examination performances. He especially grants admission letter and examinations
notifications. The notification needs to be written, they need to give reasons for and added by
information on legal remedies.
(4) Der Prüfungsausschuss achtet darauf, dass die Bestimmungen der
Prüfungsordnung eingehalten werden. Er berichtet regelmäßig der Fakultät über die
Entwicklung der Prüfungs- und Studienzeiten einschließlich der tatsächlichen
Bearbeitungszeiten für die Master-Arbeit sowie über die Verteilung der Modul- und
Gesamtnoten. Der Bericht wird in geeigneter Weise durch die Universität offen
gelegt. Der Prüfungsausschuss gibt Anregungen zur Reform der Studienordnungen,
Studienpläne und Prüfungsordnungen.
The examination board has to make sure that the regulation of the examination rules are
kept. He regularly informs the faculty about the examination and course time inclusive the
real time for writing the Master thesis and grading. The report will be disclosed by the
University. The examination board will make suggestions regarding the reform of the
condition of study, time tables and examination rules.
(5) Die Mitglieder des Prüfungsausschusses haben das Recht, der Abnahme der
Prüfungsleistungen beizuwohnen.
The members of the examination boards are entitled to attend any examinations being taken.
(6) Der Prüfungsausschuss ist beschlussfähig, wenn sämtliche Mitglieder schriftlich
