(See order form C 7 - C 8).Information A to ZThe organiser has the right to engage qualified third parties (sub-contractors, freelancers) as vicarious agents to assist in carryingout individual services in part or in whole, if this is in the interests of the exhibitor. This does not constitute a contractual relationshipbetween the exhibitor and the third party. The place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Bremen.All prices in this service guide are subject to VAT until other information is provided.Your order must be clear and understandable in order to be processed. Reference to previous exhibitions cannot be taken intoaccount.In case of a delayed order the payment will be collected during the fair. Adequate space must be available on the stand for thespectators. Audio, visual and other means of advertising must not cause obstructions or interference in the aisles or to neighbouringstands. Loudspeakers must not be directed into the aisles. The noise level caused by advertising and exhibits must not exceed60 dB (A) at the stand boundary. Gases and vapours may not be used. The local trade supervisory office must be notified ofthe use of laser systems. Flashing signs and illuminated message panels (newscasters) must be authorised before being used.The building authorities must be informed if pyrotechnics will be used in advertising and presentations. It is allowed to use balloonsfilled with non-flammable gas if the balloons correspond to the approved building standards.Advertising in the exhibitionThe space delimited by the stand walls can be used by the exhibitor for advertising purposes. Banners and nameplates must notproject into the aisles. It is not permitted to advertise and distribute advertising material outside of the stands without permissionof the organizer. Advertising that contradicts statutory requirements or public morals or that has an ideological or a political characteris not permissible within the exhibition grounds. The management is authorised to forbid the use of such advertising as wellas the distribution of advertising material that gives cause for complaints; it is also authorised to impound any existing stocks ofsuch material for the duration of the exhibition. If there are justified complaints, all demonstrations must be stopped immediatelyon demand of the exhibition management.
