Markus Windisch: Me too. What brought<br />
you guys to set up in Mitte?<br />
DA: We had a background in fine dining<br />
and wanted to do our own thing with<br />
our own restaurant. But Reinstoff’s<br />
success came as a surprise, because<br />
Berlin already has loads of options for<br />
diners, enough food critics and lots of<br />
talented chefs. There’s almost no need<br />
to cook at home any more, is there?<br />
MW: Oh, on the contrary. People would like<br />
to cook for themselves more often<br />
– and are better at it than they think.<br />
