■ Verfügbarkeit und Ausblick
Bereits vor offiziellem Produktlaunch im September
2011 bewähren sich die Brenner in der Praxis. Denn
der große Bedarf unserer Entwicklungspartner für die
Märkte in Japan, China und den Niederlanden musste
zunächst abgedeckt werden. So steht nun mit dem
ROBO WH W 600 ein ausgereiftes und zuverlässiges
Produkt für die Optimierung bestehender und für den
Bau neuer Roboter-Schweißanlagen zur Verfügung.
Die Umsetzung der Innovationen auch auf den
Brennertyp ROBO W 600 mit geschraubter Schnittstelle
für den mittleren Automatisierungsgrad wird nicht
lange auf sich warten lassen.
■ Availability and outlook
The torches are already proving their value in
practice, even before the official product launch in
September 2011, because the great demand from our
development partner for the markets in Japan, China
and the Netherlands had to be covered first. The new
ROBO WH W 600 is now available as a technically
mature and reliable product for the optimisation of
existing robot welding lines and the construction of
new ones.
It won't be long before the implementation of the
innovation is carried out on torch type ROBO W 600
with screw-type interface for medium degree of
automation.

Manche mögen‘s heiß!
Some like it hot!
Aber nicht alle Gasdüsen! Bei maximaler Schweißleistung –
in Extremsituationen – steigen die Temperaturen im Bereich
des Lichtbogens so immens an, dass standardmäßige Gasdüsen
mit der Wärmeabfuhr an ihr Limit kommen. Für solche
Fälle hat ABICOR BINZEL Gasdüsen mit Flüssigkühlung!
Diese Gasdüsen werden einfach an einen zusätzlichen Kühlkreislauf
oder an den hintereinander geschalteten Brennerkühlkreislauf
mit angeschlossen und schon geht es mit Volldampf
weiter! Die flüssiggekühlten Gasdüsen sind erhältlich
unter den Bestell-Nummern 145.0064 (MB und AUT 401/
501), 145.0105 (MB und AUT 602) und 145.0396 (RB
und AUT 610).
But that doesn’t apply to all gas nozzles! At maximum
welding capacity – in extreme situations – the temperatures
in the vicinity of the light arc increase so dramatically that
standard gas nozzles are stretched to the limit to cope with
heat dissipation. ABICOR BINZEL supplies liquid-cooled gas
nozzles for such applications. These gas nozzles are simply
connected to an additional cooling circuit or added to the
torch cooling circuit – and then it’s full steam ahead! The
liquid-cooled gas nozzles are available under the part
numbers 145.0064 (MB and AUT 401/501), 145.0105
(MB and AUT 602) and 145.0396 (RB and AUT 610).
