können Brenner gleicher Bauart zu Wartungszwecken
oder aber auch Brenner mit spe zieller
Geometrie für andere Schweißpositionen ausgetauscht
werden.
Ebenso kann der Austausch der Strom- und Gas -
düse sowie die Überprüfung des TCPs außerhalb der
Schweißzelle stattfinden. Das erhöht die Verfügbarkeit
der Anlage und reduziert Stillstandzeiten.
Doch auch das manuelle Schweißen hat in der
Produktion seinen festen Platz. Nach wie vor werden
die Kleinserien einiger Baugruppen mit Hand schweiß -
an lagen hergestellt. In einem eigenen Bereich sind hier
insgesamt 9 MIG/MAG Arbeitsplätze mit ABICOR
BINZEL RM Brennern eingerichtet. Vor allem die Mög -
lichkeit unterschiedlicher Brennerhalseinstellungen ist
bei vielen Aufgaben von großem Vorteil.
Fazit: Überall dort, wo moderne Technik zu Hause ist,
wo zukunftsorientierte Produkte entstehen, ist ABICOR
BINZEL mit dabei und leistet mit zuverläs sigem
Schweißequipment einen Beitrag zum Unternehmens -
erfolg.
Sheet severing and cutting are performed on laser systems
supplied by Trumpf and Bystronic, whereas automatic
Trumpf and Salvagnini systems are used for
chamfering and bending. Needless to say that the
works' own as well as its suppliers' quality is assured
and managed pursuant to DIN ISO 9001:2000.
Best-in-class welding quality. Most of the welding
for production is done by two ABB robots equipped
with an ABICOR BINZEL WH system. The complete
range of attributes of fast, high-quality and accurate
welding is served mainly by these automatic welding
stations. Robots provide an obvious plus in productivity
while assuring that all joints are welded at the same
high level of quality. In order to remain economically
efficient and flexible even in small batch production,
special jigs and fixtures place and align the parts to be
welded on removable plates.
Quickly adapting to changing welding needs.
Thanks to its innovative body interface technology, the
air or liquid cooled WH system for MIG/MAG welding
with exchangeable neck allows the entire torch
neck to be replaced manually or automatically. I. e. it
takes only seconds to replace torches of the same type
for servicing or torches of a special geometry for
dedicated welding tasks.
Another benefit is that the current or gas nozzle can
be replaced and the TCP checked outside the welding
cell, thereby improving line availability while reducing
downtimes.
Nevertheless, manual welding is still a core feature
of production. Small batches of some subassemblies
remain to be welded on manual welding lines. A total
of 9 MIG/MAG stations with ABICOR BINZEL RM
torches are provided in a separate shop floor area.
Mainly the option of adjustable welding torch settings
is a large benefit for many welding tasks.
Conclusions: Wherever latest technology is a matter
of fact in the making of future-proof products, ABICOR
BINZEL and its reliable welding equipment are part of
the team to ensure sustained company success.
