with leather inlay!<br />
„Nach dem hellen Eingang und der dunklen Rezeption jetzt das Zentrum: eine geschossdurchdringende<br />
Skulptur. Ihr blaues Licht wird reflektiert über das goldfarbene<br />
Mosaik an Stützen und Decke. Eine Atmosphäre wie in regennasser Nacht am<br />
Place de l’ Opéra in Paris. Wenn die Skulptur mit Darstellern gefüllt ist, gibt’s auch<br />
hier in München eine ,große Oper`.“<br />
“After the light-filled entrance and the dark reception area, we now reach the centre: a sculpture<br />
which passes through several floors of the hotel. Its blue light is reflected onto pillars and ceilings by<br />
the golden mosaic. It creates the atmosphere of a rain-soaked night at the Place de l’Opéra in Paris.<br />
When the sculpture is filled with performers, there is also a ‘grand opera’ here in Munich.”<br />
